Wire Products
For supermarkets, wire goods, shelving, cable trays, fencing, protection grids, wire goods industry, animal cages, container mesh, decking and shelving’s, reinforcing or special mesh applications & produce mesh in superior quality and flatness.
Wire Joining
Welding of high and highest tensile strength steels, non ferrous such as Aluminum, copper, brass and their alloys. Draw-resistant welding of wire steel rod and in particular for non ferrous metal and alloys in the diameter range from 4 - 30 mm.
Coil Joining
The machines are used for inspection lines, slitting lines, galvanizing lines. Coil coating lines, Pickling lines, continuous annealing lines. Weld seams without over thickness in coil/sheet, high quality steel of high strength or high silicon content have to be processed
Automotive
Solutions for automatisation and welding in various forms of application to the automotive industry. Programmable NC spot and projection welding machines are available for a huge variety of products. IDEAL Resistance Welding Machines can be used for welding of aluminum sun roofs, frames, spot and projection welding of hinges, nuts and bolts, door stiffeners and reinforcing panels, seat applications in wire, tube or sheet metal, motor parts like starter rings or stabilizers, etc
Bandsaws
Versatile use for small, middle and large batch production of all types of band-saws and band knives, Suitable for up to a maximum of 210 mm in width, with high strength, elasticity, and reliability. Joins without any misalignment, no flux required. Suitable for welding maximum 210 mm. width, with simple operation and services.
Conductor & Cables
The cable industry deploys our butt welding machines (LS) to continuously operate extrusion lines for stranded conductors. Welding is carried out by so-called chamber welding process (cable coating lines) using small glass, ceramic, or graphite sleeves.
Sheet Metal Products
Welding of high and highest tensile strength steels and aluminum. Homogeneous grain structure with high strength and reliability. Are used for welding of knives, spoons, stairs and further steel plate applications.
